  • Health Checking

One of our most sought after services is our health checking.  These healthchecks are invaluable, whether it is just for your own personal use to assess how your company is going, identifying areas for improvement, or assessing your financial position for a new venture.

This service operates in 2 stages:

1. Checkup – we will review your accounts and provide you with a summary report on the status of your finances and overall corporate health.  This report will be approx 10 pages long, and will review:

  • Supplier Payment processing – can you more effectively manage your cashflow? Are you getting the best deals?
  • Client Collections – where is your risk of exposure? Who are your trouble clients? Can you more effectively manage your debt collections?
  • Working Capital Analysis
  • Loan arrangements – risk and cashflow? Note: We are not loan brokers, we will not try and sell you a loan product, nor will we recommend a particular product. If  we notice that you have particular risk in an area of your loans, we will recommend you see a Financial Adviser specifically for your loans.
  • Assessment of a range of ratios and margins, including gross profit, net profit, net margins, stock levels, debtor and creditor days and overdraft usage and cashflow forecasting

2. The explanation - We will sit down with you for a couple of hours, and explain what the report means in detail.  We will go through each of the categories, and our recommendations, to ensure that you get maximum value from the review.
