This is how it all works

2. Certificate and ACN - Once our system has lodged your new company we'll email you the official Certificate of Registration from the government and the new ACN (Australian Company Number). We will also prepare your Consents of Officer & Members, opening minutes, share certificates & share registers for immediate download.
3. That's it! Your new company will be officially registered and ready to trade.

How easy is it to complete the questionnaire?

How much does it cost?

Our Company formation costs just $560 including GST. The fee is comprised of a $400 ASIC fee for lodgement, and $160 fee for the online processing and use of the system. Generally, a company formation agent will charge $700 + for a company, and you will usually have to wait up to 2 weeks for your documentation.
