Flexibility
Our team are fully flexible, able to work around your business hours. We will be there when you need us.  Should you require someone on site, this can be arranged, or alternatively we will organize a contact schedule where we will collect the documentation from you and undertake the work at our facilities.

We also offer an online secure FTP option, where you can transfer your files to us via a secure connection, or a remote desktop service, where we can connect remotely to your computer systems.

Continuity
As far as possible, we will maintain continuity of the book keeper assigned to your job. We know that the challenge with any outsourcing of this nature is ensuring that the book keeper understands your business, therefore we will maintain the relationship. Should there be a change for any reason, even holiday cover, we will ensure the replacement is fully trained and up to speed with your particular circumstances, so there is no adverse impact to your operations.
